Blueberry-Lemon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, zested and divided
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks old-fashioned oats
  • 3 oz. blueberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tbsp. chopped cashews, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tbsp. Full Circle chia seeds, plus more for garnish
  • 3/4 cup Schnucks 2% milk
  • 3 1/2 tbsp. Schnucks honey, plus more for garnish
  • Honey Nut Cheerios, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Divide 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest and the next 6 ingredients (through honey) among 2 jars or airtight containers. Cover, shake well and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Serve garnished with remaining 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, blueberries, cashews, chia seeds, a drizzle of honey and the Cheerios.
