Birthday Cake Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 4 cups Schnucks old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups Schnucks milk
- 8 large Schnucks eggs
- 1 cup Culinaria 100% maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup rainbow jimmies sprinkles, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup Schnucks nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a blender, add oats, milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with sprinkles. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake until lightly golden and set in the center, 25–30 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then serve topped with yogurt and garnished with additional sprinkles.
Chef Tip: Turn this recipe into peach cobbler baked oats! For a single serving, preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 4x4-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a blender, add 1/2 cup Schnucks old-fashioned oats, 1/4 cup Schnucks milk, 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon Culinaria 100% maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Blend until smooth. Stir in 1/3 cup thawed and chopped Schnucks frozen peaches, then pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake until puffed and set, 15–18 minutes. Serve topped with 1 tbsp. Schnucks nonfat plain Greek Yogurt and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
