Bacon Egg Cups
This breakfast recipe is bacon me crazy!

Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon
- 12 Schnucks eggs
- chives, sliced, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place a slice of thick-cut bacon around the inside of each muffin cup and bake for 5-8 minutes (partially cooking bacon).
- Add an egg to each muffin cup. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the eggs are set. Garnish with chives.
