These roll-ups are an easy (and delicious!) way to get kids involved in the kitchen.

Avocado Chicken Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. ranch dressing mix
  • 3 spinach wraps
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 Schnucks rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks shredded Cheddar cheese, optional

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and ranch dressing mix.
  2. Spread yogurt mixture on each wrap; top with avocado, onion, chicken and cheese (if desired). Roll up wraps and cut into 1-inch segments
