Asian Steak Bites With Potatoes
This recipe features tender seared steak bites and crispy potatoes tossed in a garlicky soy-based sauce. Paired alongside roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts, itβs hearty and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. russet potatoes (about 4 medium), peeled and diced
- 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Schnucks canola oil
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks less-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks packed light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. Schnucks dried ginger
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a large sheet pan, spread potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and, if desired, season with salt and pepper. Roast until tender, 20β25 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger and 1/2 tablespoon oil.
- In a large skillet over medium-high, heat remaining oil and, working in batches as needed, cook steak until browned on all sides, 2β3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- In same skillet, stir in soy sauce mixture, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer until slightly thickened, 1β2 minutes. Return steak to skillet and toss to coat. Serve with potatoes and Brussels sprouts, drizzled with remaining sauce.
