Ingredients

  • 1 lb. russet potatoes (about 4 medium), peeled and diced
  • 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. Schnucks canola oil
  • 2 tbsp. Schnucks less-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. Schnucks dried ginger
  • 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a large sheet pan, spread potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and, if desired, season with salt and pepper. Roast until tender, 20–25 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger and 1/2 tablespoon oil.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high, heat remaining oil and, working in batches as needed, cook steak until browned on all sides, 2–3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  4. In same skillet, stir in soy sauce mixture, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer until slightly thickened, 1–2 minutes. Return steak to skillet and toss to coat. Serve with potatoes and Brussels sprouts, drizzled with remaining sauce.
