Total Store Remodel Now Underway at Schnucks Lindenwood in St. Charles, Missouri
Renovations expected to be completed later this summer
ST. CHARLES, Mo., Jan. 14, 2026 - Schnuck Markets, Inc. has begun a total store remodel of its Lindenwood store located at 1900 First Capitol Drive in St. Charles, Missouri (63301).
Highlights of the remodel include:
- New décor and paint throughout the store
- Expanded dairy and frozen foods departments
- Expanded deli kitchen
- New floral department
- Updated fixtures in the produce, deli, bakery, meat and seafood departments
- New shelving
- Updated lighting on the fresh side of the store
- Improved flow in the vestibule and the addition of a second entrance door
- New and improved checkout experience
- Renovated customer restrooms
“We thank our St. Charles-area customers for their continued patronage and appreciate their patience as we work to bring them a newly-renovated store and an updated shopping experience,” said Schnucks Lindenwood Store Manager Bob Higgins. “Throughout the remodel, delivering excellent customer service will remain the top priority of both myself and the entire Schnucks Lindenwood team.”
Employing 121 teammates, the 71,000-square-foot Lindenwood store opened to customers in 2014 and replaced the nearby South Duchesne Road store that Schnucks acquired from the former National Supermarkets in 1995. The remodel is expected to be completed by late summer 2026. During and after the remodel, store hours will remain 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily, and customers can continue to utilize Schnucks Delivers and Curbside Pickup through Instacart or grocery delivery through DoorDash.
