This 5-course whiskey dinner brings the bold, complex spirits of Redwood Empire Distilling into the cooking school, pairing craft cocktails and neat pours with a menu designed specifically to highlight Northern California’s finest high-rye bourbons, straight ryes, and blended whiskeys.
