Zesty Burger Bowl with Special Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 1/8 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/8 tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 small heads romaine lettuce, chopped, roots discarded
- 1 small red onion, sliced into rings
- 1/2 cup pickle chips
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tbsp. sriracha
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon onion powder and salt. Brown, crumbling and stirring frequently, until cooked through.
- Meanwhile in a small bowl, prepare the special sauce. Combine Greek yogurt, pickle relish, honey, sriracha, mustard, lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon onion powder; set aside.
- To serve, divide lettuce evenly among 4 bowls. Top each with 1/4 of the ground beef mixture, red onion, pickles, tomatoes, avocado and cheddar cheese. Drizzle with special sauce.
