Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 onion (medium, diced)
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 16 oz. white beans (drained)
  • 14 oz. corn (drained)
  • 14.5 oz. chicken broth
  • 4 oz. diced green chiles

Instructions

  1. In large saucepan, brown pork with onion, stir in cumin and chili powder; stir.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and flavors are blended. Cook ground pork to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
