Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tbsp. Schnucks packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tbsp. Schnucks milk
- 1/4 tsp. Schnucks pure vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp. Schnucks flour
- 1/8 tsp. Schnucks baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tbsp. Schnucks classic white morsels
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together butter and sugar until combined. Whisk in yolk, milk and vanilla, then whisk in flour, baking soda and salt until well combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and refrigerate 10 minutes.
- Divide dough into four 1 1/2-inch balls, arrange 3 inches apart on prepared sheet pan and flatten slightly. Bake until edges are golden brown, 8–10 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.
