Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups Schnucks low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 lb. Schnucks boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Schnucks linguine pasta
- 4 medium carrots, peeled & cut into diagonal slices
- 6 green onions, sliced on an angle in 2 inch sections, plus more for garnish
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup Schnucks less-sodium soy sauce
- 4 tsp. Schnucks jarred minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks onion powder
Instructions
- In a large stockpot, stir together all ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, until most liquid has evaporated and chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Uncover and let stand 5 minutes. Serve garnished with green onion.
