Ingredients
- 16 whole carrots
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and peper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel carrots and trim tops to 1 inch.
- Toss carrots with oil, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until tender
