Ingredients

  • 16 whole carrots
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and peper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel carrots and trim tops to 1 inch.
  2. Toss carrots with oil, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes or until tender
