Ingredients

Pizza Crust

  • Schnucks ultra-think pizza crust

Veggie Ranch Pizza

  • olive oil
  • Italian blend shredded cheese
  • minced garlic
  • dried oregano
  • mushrooms, sliced
  • black olives, sliced
  • Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • green bell peppers, sliced
  • drizzle Hidden Valley Ranch

Margherita Pizza

  • pizza sauce
  • fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • balsamic reduction
  • fresh basil

Hawaiian BBQ Pizza

  • Schnucks BBQ sauce
  • Colby jack cheese
  • chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • teriyaki sauce
  • pineapple chunks
  • red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to 425 degrees.
  2. Put crust on a pizza peel or rimless sheet pan and brush edges with olive oil. Add preferred toppings.
  3. Carefully slide pizza onto grill grate. Close lid; grill until crust is crisp and cheese is melted, 6-10 minutes.
