The Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch Schnucks frozen pie crust, thawed
 - 1 (15 oz.) can Schnucks 100% pure pumpkin
 - 1 (14.5 oz.) can Schnucks sweetened condensed milk
 - 2 tsp. Schnucks cinnamon
 - 1 tsp. Schnucks ground ginger
 - 1 tsp. Schnucks ground nutmeg, plus more for serving
 - 1/2 tsp. Schnucks allspice
 - 1/2 tsp. salt
 - 1 tbsp. Schnucks pure vanilla extract
 - 2 large Schnucks eggs, at room temperature
 - 1/2 cup Schnucks original whipped topping
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Using a fork, prick pie crust several times, then bake 10 minutes.
 - Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin, condensed milk, spices, salt and vanilla extract until smooth. Whisk in eggs until combined. Pour into crust and bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; continue baking until a knife comes out clean, 30–40 minutes more. Serve with whipped topping and additional nutmeg.
