Strawberry Lemonade Cereal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Schnucks nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 lemon, juiced (about 2 tbsp.)
  • 1/4 cup Cheerios cereal
  • 2 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend together yogurt, frozen strawberries and lemon juice until smooth, 2–5 minutes. Remove blades and scrape into a serving bowl. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, up to 24 hours.
  2. Serve yogurt garnished with cereal, fresh strawberries and chia seeds.
