Strawberry Custard Tartlets
These Strawberry Custard Tartlets are sweet and creamy. They feature a luscious vanilla custard filling and fresh strawberries, all nestled in a delicious pie crust, perfect for a vibrant dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 ready-to-bake pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 (5.3 oz) container lemon Greek yogurt
- 1 Schnucks egg
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks honey
- 1/4 tsp. Schnucks pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a cutting board, unroll the pie crust sheet and cut out 6 rounds using a 3-inch biscuit or cookie cutter. Lightly grease a jumbo-muffin tinโs 6 cups and press in dough rounds.
- Divide strawberries among cups. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, eggs, honey and vanilla; pour over strawberries.
- Bake until custard is set, 25โ30 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes, garnish with mint and serve.
