Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) loaf Schnucks French bread, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 4 tbsp. Schnucks butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Schnucks cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks honey
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- 8 tbsp. balsamic glaze
- mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange bread on a sheet pan and lightly brush with butter. Bake until golden, 6–8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, honey, vanilla and salt until smooth. Spread onto toasted bread and top with strawberries. Serve immediately with balsamic glaze and mint leaves.
