Spicy Roasted Snap Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Schnucks hot sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) pkg. Schnucks fresh sugar snap peas
  • 2 tbsp. Schnucks panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp. Schnucks crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp. Schnucks minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. sliced green onion, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees with a rack in middle position. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together oil and hot sauce. Add snap peas and toss to coat. Add panko, red pepper and garlic; toss to coat. Season with salt and black pepper, if desired.
  3. Spread snap peas on prepared sheet pan in single layer. Roast until crisp and fork-tender, 8–10 minutes. Garnish with green onion and serve immediately.
