Ingredients
- 1 (15.5 oz) can Full Circle garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp. canola oil
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. Schnucks paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Rinse chickpeas and pat dry with kitchen towels. In a medium bowl, toss together chickpeas with ingredients. Season with salt, if desired.
- Spread in a single layer on prepared pan; cook until crispy and golden brown, 20–30 minutes. Store at room temperature in a paper towel-lined airtight container up to one week.
