Spicy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) container Prairie Farms Ranch Dip
- 1 (8 oz.) Prairie Farms Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp. cayenne ground pepper
- 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded and separated
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded and separated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl add Prairie Farms Ranch Dip, cream cheese, cayenne ground pepper and buffalo sauce. Blend well. Mix in cooked, shredded chicken, 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and 1/2 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese.
- Spread mixture into a 9" cast iron skillet or baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of shredded Monterey jack cheese and 1/2 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until edges are slightly browned and cheese is bubbly.
