Slow Cooker Three-Bean Chili is a hearty and comforting meal, simmering a combination of beans, beef, vegetables and spices in a slow cooker for a flavorful and easy-to-make stew.
- In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Cook beef until browned, 5–6 minutes; drain. Stir in onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until fragrant, 2–3 minutes. Transfer to a slow cooker and stir in remaining ingredients. Cook on High 2–3 hours or on Low 6–8 hours. Serve topped with cheese and avocado and garnished with cilantro.
