Simple Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Schnucks nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon and/or whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper sauce (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
