Simple Meatball Sliders
These Simple Meatball Sliders are a fun and delicious dinner for the whole family. Featuring gooey mozzarella, filling meatballs, zesty marinara and lightly sweet King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, they’re a true crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1 (12-count) pkg. King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 1/2 (28 oz.) pkg. frozen Schnucks Homestyle meatballs, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 6 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut rolls in half and arrange bottoms in a large baking dish.
- In a bowl, coat meatballs with tomato sauce. Divide meatballs among roll bottoms, then top with mozzarella and roll tops. (To serve meatballs separately, coat with sauce and bake according to package directions. Serve with toasted rolls and cheese.)
- In a small bowl, stir together melted butter and Italian seasoning; brush onto rolls. Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until cheese is melted, 8–10 minutes more. Serve immediately.
