- 1 (6 oz.) package salad greens
- 1 small orange, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup pickled or Harvard beets
- 1/4 cup roasted unsalted pecan halves
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1 - 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 1 - 2 tsp. champagne or white wine vinegar
- chopped fresh parsley, to serve
