Ingredients
- 1 (31/40 ct.) lb. Raw Gulf Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1.25 oz. Schnucks 30% less-sodium taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks extra virgin olive oil
- 8 Schnucks 6-inch corn tortillas
- 1 cup Schnucks fresh mango salsa
- 1 avocado, cut into 16 thin wedges
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with taco seasoning and oil until well coated. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add shrimp. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- In a dry skillet, warm tortillas on both sides, approximately 30 seconds per side.
- Fill each tortilla with 4-5 shrimp and two tablespoons of salsa. Top each taco with two avocado wedges and serve immediately.
