Sheet-Pan Caprese Gnocchi
Enjoy the classic caprese flavor combination—tomatoes, basil and mozzarella—with soft gnocchi in this fast sheet-pan dinner, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients
- 1 (17.6 oz.) pkg. gnocchi
- 10 oz. multicolor cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. Schnucks garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Schnucks tomato, basil and garlic pasta sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large sheet pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, toss together gnocchi, tomato, oil, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. If desired, season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture onto prepared sheet pan; bake until gnocchi is golden brown, about 15 minutes.
- Evenly dollop with pasta sauce and mozzarella. Bake until mozzarella is melted, about 3 minutes more. Serve garnished with basil.
Chef Tip: Canned tomatoes, dried basil and shredded mozzarella are great substitutes for fresh when you're on a budget or just wanting to cut costs.
