Ranch Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 cups Ronzoni elbow pasta
- 1/2 (12 oz.) can Schnucks evaporated milk
- 1 cup Hidden Valley original ranch dressing
- 2 large Schnucks eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 cups Schnucks Italian finely shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp. fresh curly leaf parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 1.5-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, ranch dressing and eggs. Fold in cheese, then gently stir in cooked pasta until coated. Transfer to prepared dish and bake until heated through and cheese is melted, 20–25 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.
