Pulled Sirloin Roast Sandwiches


  • 1 boneless pork sirloin roast
  • 1 1/2 cup sauerkraut
  • 18 oz. barbecue sauce
  • 3 tbsp. all-purpose seasoning
  • Coleslaw
  • Hawaiian roll burger buns


  1. Season the pork sirloin roast with all-purpose seasoning, sauerkraut, and barbecue sauce.
  2. Place in crockpot and set on high for 8 hours.
  3. After 8 hours, shred pork with a fork.
  4. Spoon pork onto burger bun and top with coleslaw.
