Pulled Sirloin Roast Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 boneless pork sirloin roast
- 1 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 18 oz. barbecue sauce
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose seasoning
- Coleslaw
- Hawaiian roll burger buns
Instructions
- Season the pork sirloin roast with all-purpose seasoning, sauerkraut, and barbecue sauce.
- Place in crockpot and set on high for 8 hours.
- After 8 hours, shred pork with a fork.
- Spoon pork onto burger bun and top with coleslaw.
