Pork Tenderloin Diane
Perfect for summer parties, this recipe features a juicy pork tenderloin marinated in lemon pepper seasoning and cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (cut into 8 crosswise pieces)
- 2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dijon (style mustard)
- 1 tbsp. parsley (minced)
Instructions
- Place each piece of tenderloin between two pieces of plastic wrap. Flatten slightly with heel of hand. Sprinkle surfaces of pork with lemon pepper.
- Heat butter in heavy nonstick skillet; brown pork evenly, about 3-4 minutes on each side cooking to an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove to serving platter and rest three minutes. Keep warm.
- Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to skillet. Cook, stirring with pan juices until heated through.
- Pour sauce over medallions, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
