Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella, divided
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 French baguette loaf, sliced
Instructions
- Spray 2-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, stir cream cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, black pepper and red pepper flakes, if desired. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of prepared slow cooker; top with remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Cook on low 2 hours or until cheese melts.
- Serve dip with baguette.
