Monster Dunk Sliders


  • 1 pkg. King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns
  • 3 tbsp. softened butter
  • 2 1 1/2" thick ribeye steaks
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper
  • 9 slices Muenster cheese slices, quartered
  • 1 container French's Crispy Fried Onions
  • 7 tbsp. sour cream
  • 4 tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 oz. Heinz Homestyle Bistro Au Jus Gravy


  1. Spread butter in the inside top and bottom of slider buns and griddle till a light golden brown.
  2. Season steaks and cook until desired temperature. Rest steaks for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix sour cream, horseradish and Worcestershire together.
  4. Heat au jus and fill 6 ramekins with 2 ounces each.
  5. Thinly slice ribeye.
  6. Spread inside of bottom and top of buns with horsey sauce.
  7. Place 1 square of cheese on top of sauce and top with sliced steak.
  8. Top steak with 1 square of cheese and crispy onions.
  9. DUNK IT.
