Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Schnucks classic hummus
  • 1 slice Dave’s Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains and Seeds bread, toasted
  • 1/4 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp. avocado, diced
  • 1 tbsp. crumbled feta
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus on bread and top with cucumber, tomato and avocado. Sprinkle with feta, parsley, oil and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
