Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Schnucks classic hummus
- 1 slice Dave’s Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains and Seeds bread, toasted
- 1/4 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp. avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp. crumbled feta
- 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- Spread hummus on bread and top with cucumber, tomato and avocado. Sprinkle with feta, parsley, oil and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
