Loaded Hash-Brown Patties

Ingredients
- 4 frozen hash-brown patties
- 1/2 cup Schnucks reduced-fat finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1/4 cup Schnucks light sour cream
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange patties on a parchment paper–lined sheet pan. Bake until golden and crisp, 8–10 minutes per side.
- Top patties with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted. Finish with bacon, a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chives. Serve immediately.
