Lemon Thyme Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 box unflavored gelatin
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon peel, finely grated
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries

Instructions

  1. Heat orange juice to a simmer, stir in gelatin.
  2. Combine orange juice mixture with all other ingredients and pour into a 2-quart mold.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours
