Lemon Thyme Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 box unflavored gelatin
- 2 (14 oz.) cans whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh thyme, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon peel, finely grated
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
Instructions
- Heat orange juice to a simmer, stir in gelatin.
- Combine orange juice mixture with all other ingredients and pour into a 2-quart mold.
- Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours
