Lemon, Poppy Seed and Blueberry Sweet Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 (13.8 oz.) can Schnucks refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks butter, melted
- 1/3 cup Schnucks granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced (1 tsp. zest and 2 tbsp. juice), divided
- 1 cup Schnucks frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1 cup Schnucks powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Schnucks 2% milk
Instructions
- Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and brush with butter.
- In a small bowl, stir together granulated sugar, poppy seeds and lemon zest. Sprinkle evenly over dough, leaving a 1-inch border along one long edge. Evenly scatter with blueberries.
- Roll dough tightly into a log, starting on opposite end of border, and pinch seam to seal. Slice log into eight (1 1/2-inch-thick) pieces and transfer cut side up to a greased 9x9-inch baking dish. Cover loosely with a clean towel and let dough rise at room temperature 20–25 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake rolls until golden, 20–25 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk and 1 tablespoon. lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls and serve immediately.
