Leftover Turkey Breakfast Sliders
Turn holiday leftovers into a brilliant breakfast sandwich by piling turkey and savory toppings onto small rolls. These easy, cheesy sliders are the best way to start the day after the feast.

Ingredients
- 6 Schnucks slider rolls
- 3/4 cup cooked turkey, shredded or sliced (leftover)
- 6 tbsp. cranberry sauce, plus more for serving
- 3 slices Schnucks Gouda cheese, halved
- 6 large Schnucks eggs, cooked as preferred
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Schnucks butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. Schnucks garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Slice rolls in half horizontally and arrange bottoms in prepared dish. Top with turkey, cranberry sauce, Gouda, cooked eggs and roll tops.
- In a small bowl, stir together melted butter and garlic powder; brush onto sliders. Bake, covered with foil, 10 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until golden, 3–5 minutes more. Serve warm with additional cranberry sauce on the side.
