Leftover Turkey Breakfast Sliders

Turn holiday leftovers into a brilliant breakfast sandwich by piling turkey and savory toppings onto small rolls. These easy, cheesy sliders are the best way to start the day after the feast.

Leftover Turkey Breakfast Sliders

Ingredients

  • 6 Schnucks slider rolls
  • 3/4 cup cooked turkey, shredded or sliced (leftover)
  • 6 tbsp. cranberry sauce, plus more for serving
  • 3 slices Schnucks Gouda cheese, halved
  • 6 large Schnucks eggs, cooked as preferred
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Schnucks butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. Schnucks garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Slice rolls in half horizontally and arrange bottoms in prepared dish. Top with turkey, cranberry sauce, Gouda, cooked eggs and roll tops.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter and garlic powder; brush onto sliders. Bake, covered with foil, 10 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until golden, 3–5 minutes more. Serve warm with additional cranberry sauce on the side.

Chef Tip: Turn this breakfast dish into a lunch option by skipping the egg and adding gravy instead.
