Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 jar (10oz.) Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- 1 head cabbage, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 capful apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. all purpose seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Season tenderloin with jerk spice.
- In a pan on high heat, sear tenderloin on both sides until cooked through to a temperature of 140—160°F.
- Remove from heat, allow for a 3-minute rest, and slice.
- Add olive oil to a separate pan on high heat. Place cabbage, peppers, onion, vinegar, and seasonings in the pan.
- Sauté cabbage until just tender and serve with pork.
