Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 slices of Canadian bacon
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 chicken breast, sliced
- 3/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
Instructions
- Brush 1 pizza crust with olive oil and top with Canadian bacon.
- Evenly sprinkle mozzarella over entire crust, then top with chicken breast, pineapple chunks, green pepper and jalapeño.
- Bake at 450° until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
