Ingredients
- 2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 cups purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 romaine hearts, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded & thinly sliced
- 2 cups sugar snap peas, sliced
- 2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup toasted almonds
- 2 leftover Hot Honey Chicken Breasts, sliced
Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, add cabbage, lettuce, peppers, peas and carrots. Toss with salad tongs to combine. Add dressing and toss again.
- Top with sliced chicken, green onions toasted almonds. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
