Honey-Ginger Salmon Bowl
This Honey-Ginger Salmon Bowl is an easy, delicious meal that features succulent salmon, brown rice, fresh salsa and a sweet and spicy honey-ginger glaze.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks vegetable oil
- 1 lb. skinless salmon, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks less-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. Schnucks honey
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. Schnucks hot sauce, or to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup Schnucks Short Cuts pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup Schnucks Short Cuts mango salsa
- 2 cups cooked Schnucks brown rice, warm
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add salmon; cook until seared on all sides, about 4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, honey, ginger, hot sauce and garlic. Stir into skillet; cook until salmon is cooked through and sauce is slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, stir together pico de gallo and salsa. Divide rice among four bowls and top with salmon mixture, salsa and cilantro.
