Homemade Buttery-Herb Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1 cup Schnucks butter (2 sticks)
 - 1 large Vidalia onion, diced (about 2 1/2 cups)
 - 1 cup diced celery
 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - 4 tbsp. Schnucks poultry seasoning
 - 3 cups Schnucks chicken stock
 - 2 large Schnucks eggs, beaten, plus 1 unbeaten yolk
 - 2 (15 oz.) loaves Schnucks French bread, cut into 1-inch chunks
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onion and celery; cook, stirring, until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and poultry seasoning; cook, stirring, until fragrant, 3–5 minutes more.
 - Transfer mixture to a large bowl and stir in chicken stock and eggs until well combined. Add bread and toss until fully soaked. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
 - Bake until fully set and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, about 50 minutes.
