Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Schnucks chunky blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium and oil grate. Grill lettuce until slightly charred, about two minutes per side. Transfer to a platter and top with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
