Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup Schnucks chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Schnucks black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium and oil grate. Grill lettuce until slightly charred, about two minutes per side. Transfer to a platter and top with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
