Grilled Tuna Steaks with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can Schnucks pineapple chunks in juice, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 4 (6 oz.) tuna steaks, about 1 inch thick
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together chopped pineapple, bell pepper, red onion and cilantro. Season with salt, if desired.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high and oil grate. Season tuna with salt and black pepper and grill until edges turn opaque while center remains slightly pink, 2–3 minutes per side. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes. Serve with pineapple salsa and, if desired, additional cilantro.
