Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. fresh blackberries, washed and patted dry
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. fresh blueberries, washed and patted dry
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. fresh raspberries, washed and patted dry
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced (about 1 tsp. zest and 3 tbsp. juice)
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. Schnucks cinnamon, divided
  • 3/4 cup Schnucks flour
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup Schnucks packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 tbsp. cold butter, cut into chunks
  • Schnucks French vanilla ice cream, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat an outdoor grill to medium-high (375–400 degrees). Coat six 6-inch oven-safe shallow dishes with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss together berries, lemon zest and juice, granulated sugar, cornstarch and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Divide among prepared dishes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, salt and remaining cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs, then scatter over fruit. Cover each dish with foil and transfer to an indirect-heat rack in grill. Close lid and grill 30 minutes.
  4. Remove foil and continue grilling until filling is bubbling around the edges and topping is golden brown, about 30 minutes more. Transfer dishes to a wire rack and let cool at least 15 minutes before serving topped with ice cream.
