Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Schnucks packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Schnucks cayenne pepper
  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp. Schnucks canola oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high and oil grate. In a small bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons Schnucks packed light brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon Schnucks cayenne pepper.
  2. Peel 3 large sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch rounds. Brush with 3 tablespoons Schnucks canola oil and sprinkle with brown sugar mixture.
  3. Grill in a single layer, turning once, until charred, 1 1/2–2 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley.
