Grilled Shishito Peppers
These grilled peppers are mildly spicy, smoky, salty and garlicky. They make for an exciting and easy appetizer or side dish, perfect for sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks less-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 (8 oz.) bags shishito peppers
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high and oil grate.
- In a medium bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons Schnucks less-sodium soy sauce and 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
- Arrange shishito peppers (from three 8 oz. bags) on grate perpendicularly.
- Grill, turning occasionally, until beginning to blister, 2–3 minutes. Immediately transfer to bowl with soy sauce and garlic; gently toss to coat.
