Grilled Mexican Corn
Enjoy the taste of street food with this grilled corn, slathered in creamy, cheesy and zesty toppings for a fun and flavorful addition to any cookout.

Ingredients
- 6 husked ears of corn
- 1/2 cup Schnucks mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup Schnucks grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high and oil grate. Grill 6 husked ears of corn, turning occasionally, until charred, 10–15 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate.
- In a medium bowl, stir together 1/2 cup Schnucks mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Generously brush mixture onto corn and sprinkle evenly with 1/2 cup Schnucks grated Parmesan cheese. Garnish with 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro.
