Grilled Cheesesteak Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shoulder or round steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 6 oz. Pasture Pride Juusto cheese, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 small onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 4 12 inch skewers
  • fresh parsley, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Alternate ingredients on each skewer.
  2. Grill over medium heat, rotating occasionally until steak reaches an internal temperature of at least 145Β°, about 8-10 minutes. Garnish and serve immediately.
