Grilled Baja Cantaloupe


  • 1 small cantaloupe, cut into wedges
  • 1 lime, zested & juiced (about 2 tbsp.)
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks honey
  • 1 tsp. Tajín seasoning
  • fresh basil leaves, for garnish


  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high and oil grate.
  2. Put cantaloupe wedges in center of grate; grill until lightly charred, 1–2 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lime zest, juice, honey and Tajín; drizzle over cantaloupe. Garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
