Grilled Baja Cantaloupe
Take your melon to the next level by grilling it and serving it with a tangy and spicy Baja-style seasoning, adding a smoky and delicious twist to a refreshing fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 small cantaloupe, cut into wedges
- 1 lime, zested & juiced (about 2 tbsp.)
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks honey
- 1 tsp. Tajín seasoning
- fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high and oil grate.
- Put cantaloupe wedges in center of grate; grill until lightly charred, 1–2 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime zest, juice, honey and Tajín; drizzle over cantaloupe. Garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
