Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana, peeled
  • 1 cup spinach or kale, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup ice, optional

Instructions

  1. In blender, add coconut water, orange juice, kiwi, banana, spinach, pineapple and ice, if using. Purée until smooth. Makes about 2 cups.
